2013 - 2014 PTO Volunteers Still Needed!

Please support our wonderful school by signing up for a position with our 2013-2014 Claxton PTO!

We still need your help with the following positions:

Claxton Elem. PTO Committee Chair and Executive Office Descriptions & Vacancies 2013-14

FUNDRAISING COMMITTEES:

Winter Auction Co-Chairs (2 people needed)—Works closely with VP of Fundraising to organize and execute PTO’s largest fundraiser. 

 Corporate Sponsors Co-Chair (1 more person needed)-- Solicits sponsorships from and encourages partnerships with local businesses.  Works closely with VP of Fundraising and with VP of Communications to ensure that corporate sponsors are advertised in appropriate venues.

VOLUNTEER COMMITTEES:

After School Arts Liaison Co Chair (1 more person needed): Works closely with VISTA Volunteer Coordinator to help organize the school’s Fall and Spring After School Arts programs.
